Roma is one of the few manufacturers who combines the production of both melamine and PVC edges under one roof. The company currently has twenty million square meters production capacity per year. The melamine edges can be produced with numerous decors, thicknesses and for different applications as well. It can be processed with all the conventional hot-melt glues.
The melamine edgebanding is manufactured and stored as jumbo rolls. These rolls are subsequently processed according to customer specifications in the slitting and pre-gluing plants. Distributors are also encouraged to buy the edgebanding in jumbo rolls to provide better availability to their own customers.
Roma has got a stock collection covering the popular designs of the board manufacturers for the Turkish market as well as the Middle-East and Eastern European countries. The company invests on new printing cylinders on a regular basis, to make sure that perfect matches are developed. The current edgeband archive covers more than 1,000 wood decors and uni colors.
