Roma uses two separate production technologies for the manufacturing of the thin and thick edges. The thick edges are produced with top of the line extrusion lines and every year more and more machinery are ordered in order to meet the ever increasing customer demand. The main thickness requested in the world markets is 2.00 mm., however 1.50 and 3.00 mm are also on demand.
Roma has got a stock collection covering the popular designs of the board manufacturers for the Turkish market as well as the Middle-East and Eastern European countries. In addition to hundreds of already available decors, 100% color matches are also developed on a daily basis for the new designs. The current edgeband archive covers more than 2,000 wood decors and unicolors.
Strict quality control measures in line with ISO 9001 are coupled with the latest technology in order to ensure that the customer receives high quality products. The edgeband is developed for application with all the standard edgebanding machinery and hot-melt glues.
